A Personal Note From Cat: Raising Three Kids, Running a Business, and Finding Myself Again
This topic is personal for me because I'm living this season too.
I've raised three kids while building and running Studio One and spending nearly three decades behind the chair.
Like so many moms, there were years when life moved incredibly fast.
You're raising children, working, taking care of a home, showing up for your family, managing a business, and trying to be everywhere you're needed. Somewhere in all of that, it becomes very easy to put yourself further and further down the list.
Then your kids grow up.

And you're incredibly proud of them.
But it also makes you look at your own life differently.

I'm still all of those things.
