Your Custom Wig Journey
We understand that choosing a custom wig is a deeply personal decision. Our goal is to make the process simple, supportive, and transparent from start to finish.

Complete our Wig Consultation Form and tell us a little about your hair journey, goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Step 2
We’ll schedule a phone consultation to get to know you, discuss your concerns, answer your initial questions, and determine whether a custom wig is the right solution for your needs.
During this conversation we’ll discuss:
If we feel we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule your Custom Wig Design Appointment.
Step 3
This is where your custom wig truly begins.
During your appointment we will:
Once you’re confident moving forward, your custom wig order will be finalized.
Because every wig is custom-made specifically for you, full payment is required before your order is submitted to the manufacturer. All custom wig orders are non-refundable once production begins.
We understand this is a significant investment. Financing and payment plan options are available for qualified guests. We’d be happy to discuss those options during your appointment.
Step 4
Once your order has been placed, your wig is handcrafted specifically for you. Production times vary depending on the level of customization, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Step 5
When your custom wig arrives, we’ll schedule your fitting appointment.

Many medical wigs can be partially or fully covered with the right documentation, and Maven Mane & Co.® helps process eligible claims. If insurance doesn’t apply to your situation, you still have options — financing and payment plans are available for qualified guests, and we’ll help you find a path that works for you.
Yes. Toppers are available for partial thinning.
Studio One handles all maintenance. Structural repairs are sent to Maven Mane & Co.®.
