Complimentary Phone Consultation
We’ll schedule a phone consultation to get to know you, discuss your concerns, answer your initial questions, and determine whether a custom wig is the right solution for your needs.
During this conversation we’ll discuss:
- Your hair goals and lifestyle
- The custom wig process
- Estimated pricing and timeline
- Insurance questions, if applicable
- Whether a custom wig is the best option for you
If we feel we’re a great fit, we’ll schedule your Custom Wig Design Appointment.
Step 3
Custom Wig Design Appointment
This is where your custom wig truly begins.
During your appointment we will:
- Review your personalized wig design
- Discuss realistic fit and styling expectations
- Take precise measurements
- Select your color, density, length, and texture
- Review any manufacturer recommendations specific to your custom piece
- Answer any remaining questions before placing your order
Once you’re confident moving forward, your custom wig order will be finalized.
Because every wig is custom-made specifically for you, full payment is required before your order is submitted to the manufacturer. All custom wig orders are non-refundable once production begins.
We understand this is a significant investment. Financing and payment plan options are available for qualified guests. We’d be happy to discuss those options during your appointment.
Step 4
Your Custom Wig Is Crafted
Once your order has been placed, your wig is handcrafted specifically for you. Production times vary depending on the level of customization, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Step 5
Delivery & Personal Fitting
When your custom wig arrives, we’ll schedule your fitting appointment.
During this visit we’ll:
- Ensure your wig fits comfortably and securely
- Make any necessary adjustments
- Teach you how to wear and care for your wig
- Review styling techniques and maintenance
- Answer any final questions so you leave feeling confident
