The name comes from my parents, Nick and Sally, who have both passed on but remain my biggest inspiration. They were, and always would have been, my biggest cheerleaders. This brand is my way of honoring their love, support, and belief in me.

As a stylist and someone who wears extensions myself, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges that come with traditional hand-tied hair extensions. The bulkiness, the shedding, the unnatural seams, and the wasted hair that clients were unknowingly paying for—it didn’t sit right with me. That’s why we created the Active Genius Weft—because it’s simply genius.
I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted extensions that felt as natural as they looked, that blended effortlessly, that wouldn’t shed or fall apart with an active lifestyle. Most importantly, I wanted every weft to be intentional—without extra “mustache” hair adding unnecessary weight and cost.

“Mustache” refers to the short filler hairs found near the weft in most extensions — they add weight and cost without adding wearable length. We remove them, so every inch you pay for is full-length, usable hair.
Nically Hair is noticeably lighter than competitors at the same length. A 10-inch weft comes in at roughly 12.5 grams while delivering full, even coverage — so installs feel comfortable without sacrificing density.
Yes. Every strand comes from donors who are fairly and transparently compensated. Ethical sourcing isn't a marketing line for us — it's a non-negotiable part of how the product is made.
A+ grade, double-drawn, cuticle-intact Remy human hair. Double-drawn means the hair is uniform in length from top to bottom, and cuticle-intact means all cuticles run in the same direction — preventing matting and delivering a natural shine.
