Pricing
Employee Compensation
Stylists begin as hourly employees at the current California minimum wage ($16.90/hour). Commission becomes available once performance goals are achieved. Our scheduling structure is based on approximately 5.5-hour workdays to support growth without burnout. Pricing and availability may vary based on experience and schedule.
