30-Day Trial Period

A structured four-week introduction to Studio One’s signature approach — the language, the techniques, and the guest experience that define our chairs.

Week 1

Introduction to Studio One Culture and Client Interaction

  • Learn the luxury language and verbiage used at Studio One Hair Design.
  • Master the art of greeting clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Focus on mastering shampoo timing and techniques, including scalp massage.
  • Understand the importance of client draping and hair sectioning for optimal results.
Week 2

Dive into the fundamentals of preparing hair for the perfect blowout

  • Master power drying techniques to ensure hair is not excessively wet before blow-drying.
  • Learn how to effectively use a blow dryer and round brushes for flawless finish.
  • Work alongside Cat or other experienced stylists to refine your blowout skills and achieve salon-quality results.

Week 3

Creating signature Studio One curls

  • Explore more techniques for curling hair and creating Studio One’s signature curls.
  • Practice using curling skills under the guidance of our experienced stylists.
  • Fine-tune your curling skills under the guidance from our experienced designers.
Week 4

Get ready for an exciting deep dive into all things color!

  • Reflect on your experiences during the shadowing days, discussing what worked well and areas for improvement.
  • Learn how to effectively use a blow dryer and round brushes for flawless finish.
  • Celebrate the completion of your probation period and prepare to dive deeper into advance color techniques.
  • Collaborate on a plan for your next shadowing days, focusing on areas that require additional practice or exploration.

Beyond the First 30 Days

Post-30 Days Progression & Advanced Learning

After the initial 30-day period, you’ll transition to working on live models, showcasing your newfound skills in the Studio One signature blowout and curls. This hands-on experience allows you to witness your growth firsthand and further refine your techniques under the guidance of our expert stylists. But the journey doesn’t end there.
