Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for any appointment you are unable to keep. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Missed appointments without notice (no shows) will incur fees equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s). These fees must be paid before any future services can be booked.
As a courtesy, we provide confirmation calls 48 to 72 hours before your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are happy to offer a correction at no charge within seven (7) days of your original appointment. Retail product exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
For the safety of your children and the comfort of our guests, children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service. Children must be supervised at all times while inside the salon and in the surrounding areas.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for a full service experience. We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the salon to secure your preferred time with your stylist.
Studio One Hair Design collects data through our website, online forms, and during in-person visits. By providing your email you may be provided certain discounts or promotions, and you will be subscribed to our email newsletter.
Our email lists are never shared or sold to third parties. You may request removal from our email list or communications at any time, and your request will be honored promptly. Please note that appointment confirmations may be discontinued upon removal; however, our cancellation policies remain applicable regardless of confirmation status.
